Volgens mij werkt het goed. Echt top...
Ik kreeg vanaf dag twee een onwel gevoel, moest continu zuchten, wist niet wat op me hing... was superrustig maar toch ongerust... dag drie continu zwart voor mijn ogen, duizelig, niet vooruit raken.. ondanks combinatie met not coffee (waar ik suuuuper tevreden van ben)... mijn bovendruk (bloeddruk) was zeer laag (ik ben verpleegkundige)... dag erna gelukkig beter, maar ik heb het dus voor niets gekocht.
Mensen met een hoge bloeddruk zullen hier dan wel baat bij hebben 😃

Ik neem Ashwaganda ongeveer 3 maanden nu en ik moet zeggen dat het effectief wel resultaat geeft op veel vlakken. Nachtrust is optimaal, veel minder stress en controle over jezelf op piek momenten. Je voelt in het algemeen jezelf veel beter.

Hierbij een kritische geschreven review waar je misschien naar opzoek naar bent;
Ik heb de Lions mane extract, Ashwaganda en Clearly not coffee (Mushroom mix) gekocht.
De supplementen doen hun werking en je voelt een verschil qua geestelijk en fysieke vermoeidheid. (Kan ook placebo effect zijn)
De Clearly not coffee vanaf nu CNC genoemd is veel te duur qua prijs, kwantiteit en kwaliteit.
Er zijn andere mixes te vinden in Achen, Duitsland die 10x goedkoper zijn en kwassie dezelfde ingrediënten en hoeveelheden heeft dan de CNC . Deze zakken kan je zelfs vinden in een 0.5kg en 1kg+.
Clearly heeft heel goede marketing en goede uitleg over het product integendeel door de kleine concurrenten die er bestaan met hetzelfde product.
Maar CNC is veel veel te duur voor wat het is, het is helemaal niets bijzonder eens je wat research doet en de prijs t.o.v. normale koffie is het niet zoals het hoort te zijn.
Ik bestel liever nog steeds mijn koffie cups van Dolce Gusto als ik zou moeten kiezen tussen Clearly en normale koffie.
Dolce Gusto (Lungo) Cups koop je aan 8.60€ per doos met 30 Cups dat is 0.29€ per cup en als je groot aankoopt kan je ze vast krijgen voor 7€ per doos. Clearly is 30€ per zak mensen van 30 servings mensen, dat is niet de koffie vervanger, helemaal niet.
We kunnen allemaal aanvaarden dat alles duurder is geworden en duurdere vervang koffie is niet iets wat ik sta te popelen om te kopen. Het is misschien lekker & gezond, maar niet voor de portemonnee. Als een gast een koffie komt drinken bij je huis wil je gewoon je CNC niet geven want ze is direct op en ben je 80€ weer kwijt om bij te bestellen. Dit is gewoon een product op de markt en Clearly probeert gewoon zo veel mogelijk geld eruit te melken.
Samenvatting: Goed product maar prijs,kwaniteit en kwaliteit is zeker niet de moeite waard om te blijven bestellen.
Ik zie liever een 0.5kg voordeel pakket of dergelijk waar je eventjes goed mee zit dan dat ik telkens keer aan extreme prijzen hier mijn geld aan verspil. Ik had gewenst dat de CNC goedkoper en gelijkaardige prijzen had als de normale koffie of altans in de buurt.
Ik heb not coffee mogen proeven via een collega van mij.
Vond het lekker. Dus heb ik het besteld.
Alleen mocht ik dit eigenlijk helemaal niet doen of nemen.
Dit heeft te maken met de medicatie die ik slik.
Mijn advies zou zijn :
Laat eerst dit weten bv de bijsluiter zien.
Dan kun je vantevoren vragen aan de arts of specialist of dit mag hebben.
Helaas ik mag dit dus niet.
Vorig jaar al een tijdje gebruikt en dit jaar alweer een wat langere tijd, en het is echt topspul. Sowieso ook een mooie verpakking en bijbehorend kaartje met info. Even een soort 'spiegel opbouwen' en je merkt na X dagen al behoorlijk verschil qua stresslevel. Is ondertussen iets dat ik standaard gebruik, naast o.a. electrolytes en not coffee.
de not coffee is lekker chocolade drank, wat ik soms een paar keer per dag neem en maar vaak alleen in de ochtend met plantmelk. vooral als ik iets moet doen. of ergens naar toe ga. dan neem ik het om te kunnen concentreren en om niet alles binnen te laten komen. de Ashwagandha, neem ik niet dagelijks in alleen als echt iets moet doen en uit ga. dan neem ik ook nog een andere de lto3 dat is een goede combi tegen overprikkeling en focus.
Nadeel, ik hoef niet elke dag mail een nieuwsbrief 1x per 1 a 2wken is meer dan genoeg.
Heerlijk om te drinken en ik voelde me na een paar dagen al anders, lichter, vrolijker en mijn libido is toegenomen!
