Ashwagandha is one of the most well-known and important herbs from the Ayurvedic tradition. It is derived from the root of the Withania somnifera plant.

Ashwagandha extract, with 5% Withanolides and <1% Withaferin A, offers several benefits:

Withanolides (5%) contribute to the extract's anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, and cognitive enhancement effects. A higher percentage means greater potency.
