Each serving contains 35–45 mg of caffeine, depending on the variant. That’s about half the amount of a regular cup of coffee. For Decaf, we use the same Colombian arabica beans, but with almost all caffeine removed.

We only use 100% Colombian arabica coffee. The beans are carefully selected and freeze-dried to keep their full flavor and aroma intact. Unlike many protein coffees that rely on generic instant coffee or aromas, you’re getting real coffee in every scoop.

Freeze-drying is the cleanest way to preserve coffee. Instead of using high heat, the water is gently removed while the taste and aroma remain intact. The result: a much richer, smoother coffee flavor compared to standard instant coffee, with no burnt or bitter notes.

Most whey comes from cows that spend much of their lives indoors and are fed grain-based diets. Our whey comes from New Zealand, where the cows graze outdoors at least 350 days a year, with a diet of at least 96% grass. This way of farming not only results in cleaner, higher-quality protein but also ensures far better animal welfare.

Lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose, the natural sugar in milk, into simpler sugars. Some people don’t produce enough lactase themselves, often without even realizing it, which can make it harder to digest dairy products.
