During the holidays, it might take a bit longer for your package to be delivered.
We ship throughout Europe.
Netherlands & Belgium: ordered before 22:00,delivered tomorrow.
Germany: ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow.
Denmark: ordered before 17:00, 2-4 days.
United Kingdom: ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow.
France: ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow.
Why does it sometimes take longer?
If a product is out of stock, it takes longer. This is always mentioned on the product page itself. During busy times, we adjust our delivery times. This can happen, for example, around the holidays. We do not deliver on public holidays. Very occasionally, there is a malfunction in our warehouse. This can also cause delays. How can I track my order?
As soon as we hand over your order to the courier, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This way, you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive this Track & Trace code at the latest by the end of the day. Haven't received an email with a Track & Trace code from us? Just to be sure, check the spam folder of your email provider.
Delivery to the Wadden Islands?
Each Wadden Island has its own delivery service. Our courier first hands over your order to the delivery service of the Wadden Island. This always happens the next day. Only after that does the local delivery service deliver your order. So, it takes one or two days longer to receive your order, compared to the rest of the Netherlands.
