    Note: We deliver through the mailbox whenever possible to save shipping costs, minimize CO2 emissions and maximize convenience.

    If you order before 10 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive your order the next business day.

    During holidays it may take a little longer for your package to be delivered.

    We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

     

    What are the shipping costs for my order?
    The shipping fees for your Clearly Order are €3.95 within the Netherlands and €4.95 for Belgium. Additionally, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding €50 in both the Netherlands and Belgium!

     

    How will my package be shipped?
    For shipping within the Netherlands, we use the letter post service of PostNL. This means the package fits through most mailboxes and is delivered by your regular letter carrier and not through the parcel service.

    The size of the letterbox package may vary, depending on the number of products you have ordered, but is maximum 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm in size.

    Although it is sent by regular mail delivery, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail so that you can track the package. You will receive the code by e-mail when the parcel leaves our warehouse, heading for the PostNL sorting center.

    Unfortunately, this shipping method does not allow us to offer options such as delivery via a pickup point, additional instructions for the delivery driver or delivery to a different address. Experience shows that if the package does not fit, the deliverer will ring the doorbell, leave a bill or deliver the package to the neighbors.

     

    When can I expect my product(s)?
    We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We deliver orders 95% of the time within one business day.

    For both the Netherlands and Belgium applies:

    Monday-Friday: ordered before 22.00, delivered tomorrow.

    (Ordered in the weekend, delivered on Tuesday).

    Do we fail to deliver on time? Then we will definitely let you know. Once you've ordered a product, you can track your order. From the warehouse to your chosen delivery address.

     

    The track & trace code indicates that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?
    Of course that is very annoying, since this information should be correct. In such a case, always check first if the address provided in the order confirmation is correct.

    If the address provided is correct, PostNL advises us in such a situation, when the status with a Track & Trace code is listed as 'delivered', to wait for the next delivery day. Letter carriers deliver a bill or make a second delivery attempt the next day. The status of your package is then already incorrectly noted as 'delivered'.

    If your package has not been delivered by the end of the next delivery day, you can still contact us. We will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.

     

    Why does it sometimes take a little longer?
    - If a product is out of stock, it will take longer. We always mention this on the product page itself.
    - Delivery times differ if you live on a Wadden Island. It can take one or two days longer than average. We will tell you more about this below.
    - If we are too busy, we adjust our delivery times. Around the holidays, for example, this can happen.
    - We do not deliver on public holidays.
    - Very sometimes there is a malfunction in our warehouse. This can also cause it to take a little longer.

    How do I track my order?
    If we give your order to the shipper, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. So you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive this Track & Trace code no later than the end of the day. Did you not receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code from us? Check the spam folder of your e-mail provider to be sure.


    Who will deliver my package?
    Your order will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL does all our package deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, and the mailbox deliveries in the Netherlands.


    Delivery to the Wadden Islands?
    Each Wadden Island has its own delivery service. First, our delivery driver will hand your order over to the delivery service of the Wadden Island. This always happens on the next day. Only then will the local delivery service start delivering your order. Therefore, it takes one or two days longer before you receive your order, compared to the rest of the Netherlands.
