Ik heb vele merken berberine geprobeerd en dit is degene die echt werkt. Ik neem 1500mg per dag, drie keer per dag, 1 bij elke maaltijd. Het verlaagde mijn A1C en het houdt ook mijn suikerspiegel op een normaal niveau. Ik en er wel achter gekomen dat niet alle berberine gelijk zijn, dus doe je onderzoek. Deze is van uitstekende kwaliteit en zal ik ook blijven kopen.
