What's in a capsule
500 mg 10:1 maca extract: ten kilos of fresh maca go into one kilo of extract, so one capsule equals about 5 g of fresh root. The blend is 70% yellow, 20% red and 10% black maca (350, 100 and 50 mg). The capsule is hypromellose (plant-based); rice flour and MCT powder fill it evenly.
Where it grows
Maca is a root vegetable from the Peruvian Andes, grown at more than 3,500 metres where few other crops survive: intense sun, freezing nights and thin air. Local farmers have grown it for centuries, as food and as a staple of daily life.
Three colours, one ratio
The colour of the skin tells the types apart: yellow is the most common, red and black are rarer and each has its own compound profile. In the field they grow side by side in roughly this 70/20/10 ratio, and that is how we blend them.

Me siento bien para enfrentar el calor

Het lijkt goed te werken. Ik neem het nu een aantal weken. Vanaf dag 1 voelde ik meer energie, als een goede oppepper, maar in de avond voelde ik me rusteloos en kon ik erg moeilijk in slaap vallen.
