Mix 1 scoop (5g) daily with water, juice, or a drink of your choice. If you're starting or restarting creatine, there are two ways to begin:
🚀 With a loading phase: Take 4 scoops of 5g (20g total) per day for 5 to 7 days, then continue with 1 scoop (5g) per day as a maintenance dose.
🔁 Without a loading phase: Take 1 scoop (5g) daily. This is just as effective over the long term.
Some studies suggest it's best to take creatine after your workout, but the evidence is still mixed. The most important thing is to take it every day, including rest days.
