So we went back to the drawing board. After months of testing and tasting more than 100 coffees, we found the perfect match: 100% single origin Arabica coffee from Colombia, combined with the same functional ingredients that make Not Coffee so loved. The result?

Real coffee flavor, with less caffeine, more focus, and smoother energy.

We offer two versions:

☕ Mushroom Coffee: With 100% Colombian Arabica coffee (low in caffeine) and added L-theanine for gradual, balanced energy.

☕ Mushroom Coffee Decaf: Made with the same coffee, naturally decaffeinated using sugarcane in Colombia. Full flavor, without caffeine.

Making your perfect cup of Mushroom Coffee is easy:
